Sea Group set to secure up to $2.6B through American depositary share offering
Sea Group announced its intention to offer 11M American depositary shares, which can raise $2.2 billion for the company. It also intends to give the underwriters an option to buy up to 1.65 million additional shares, which can yield an additional $300 million to $400 million for the company.
