Meta has introduced Meta One paid subscription bundles across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Meta AI, with monthly prices set out for Singapore. The company said on September 15 that the plans were expanding globally. Its help center says the rollout remains gradual and that a plan may not yet appear for every eligible account.

The bundles combine app-specific paid features with higher allowances for AI image and video tools. Creator and business tiers add account-management and audience tools. Meta said more than 50 features have launched and that its phased rollout has reached 15 million subscriptions and trials. That total includes trials, not just paying subscribers, and the company did not disclose a Singapore subscriber count.

Core Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp functions, along with ordinary use of Meta AI, will stay free, according to Meta’s announcement. Meta One charges for extra usage and features; it is not a requirement to use those apps.

Singapore prices and account availability

In a Singapore media alert sent to TNGlobal, Meta listed WhatsApp Plus from S$1.99 a month and Instagram Plus and Facebook Plus from S$2.99 each. Its individual Core bundle is listed at S$8.49 a month and Premium at S$27.99. Meta’s global announcement lists US-dollar starting prices, while the emailed Singapore figures are a market-specific price list.

Creator and business plans in Singapore start at S$17.99 a month for Essential. Advanced starts at S$45.99; Expert at S$139; and Max at S$469. The company described those as starting prices for the relevant business tiers, not a promise that every account will have identical pricing or entitlements.

Meta’s help center says the service is in limited testing and may not be available everywhere, despite the announcement’s description of a global rollout. Plans are becoming available through supported mobile apps, while web onboarding is still being worked on. Location, account type and app eligibility can affect what a user sees. A Singapore price list therefore does not establish that every Singapore user can subscribe today.

What the individual plans include

Meta began introducing Instagram Plus, Facebook Plus and WhatsApp Plus as separate subscriptions earlier in 2026. The new Core and Premium bundles combine app benefits with more use of Meta AI’s image and video generation and editing features. Premium provides a higher usage allowance than Core, but Meta did not publish a universal number of monthly generations in its September 15 announcement.

Examples of the single-app benefits include additional Instagram Story and messaging options, Facebook customization, and WhatsApp themes, stickers and chat organization. Some WhatsApp backup and Focus Schedule functions are planned for testing rather than generally available now. The bundle also covers certain in-app AI editing functions such as Instagram’s Restyle, subject to account eligibility and feature availability.

The company has not said that subscribing to Meta One automatically grants access to every new AI product it offers. Its Muse personal agent, introduced separately in a US-first rollout, has its own plans and availability conditions. The Meta One announcement refers to additional creative AI usage powered by Muse models, not a confirmed Asia-Pacific launch of the Muse agent.

Creator and business features

Essential includes options for an enhanced profile, identity verification and impersonation protection, together with more Meta Business Agent responses through WhatsApp Business. A verified badge depends on a successful verification process. Advanced adds publishing and analytics features, account access for team members, and a larger Business Agent allowance. Expert and Max provide greater capacity and access to more features, according to Meta.

Meta says the paid tiers can help businesses answer customer inquiries and manage their presence across its apps. It has not published independent evidence that the plans increase sales or audience reach. Advertisers and merchants should also check the entitlements shown during signup: the help center says benefits, pricing and eligibility may change by market, app and account.

Meta plans to expand the subscription portfolio to its Edits video product and AI glasses later. It did not provide a firm launch date or Singapore availability for those additions. The current announcement covers Meta One’s subscription bundles, not a change to the free versions of the company’s social and messaging services.
