New research by global small business platform Xero revealed Thursday that Singapore’s younger generations of consumers are leading the shift to digital payments while more than half of small businesses in the country do not currently provide cash payment options.

Xero, a New Zealand-based small business platform, has announced the return of the Xero Beautiful Business Fund for 2024 — an initiative offering more than SGD 630,000 ($466,720) in funding to support small businesses and non profits with their growth plans and help drive future success.
