Switzerland's Cicor Group (SIX: CICN), a contract electronics manufacturer, will acquire EDMI Electronics Sdn. Bhd. in Johor, Malaysia, which is in turn a manufacturing subsidiary of Singapore-headquartered smart metering company EDMI Limited, for $15 million-$20 million.
