Indonesia’s McEasy, a fleet and transportation management platform, has raised $9 million in a Series B round combining equity and debt.
In a statement on Thursday, McEasy said the equity portion is led by Singapore’s Integra Partners, with a growth debt facility from InnoVen Capital. Previous rounds were led by East Ventures and Granite Asia.
InnoVen Capital is a venture and growth debt platform established in 2015 as a joint venture between Seviora, a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, and UOB, with operations across India, China, and Southeast Asia.
McEasy will utilize the capital to fund expansion into Southeast Asian markets beyond Indonesia and deeper machine learning capabilities across McEasy’s products. The equity component funds longer-term AI development and market entry costs, while the debt facility from InnoVen covers working capital for already-signed contracts.
Founded in 2017 by Raymond Sutjiono and Hendrik Ekowaluyo, McEasy now serves more than 2,000 fleet operators across cold chain, LPG distribution, cash-in-transit, and inter-city bus sectors. It recorded 350 million kilometers of commercial vehicle movement each month.
The platform draws on cameras, temperature probes, fuel sensors, door switches, and GPS to provide driver safety modules with risk scores and automated incident reconstruction, fuel theft and efficiency analytics, and asset productivity tracking. Camera-based driver monitoring is already deployed in customer vehicles.
Raymond Sutjiono, Co-Founder and CEO of McEasy, said the round funds the shift from recording to predicting, turning nine years of vehicle data into models that can aid fleet operators with anticipation.
Jennifer Ho, Partner at Integra Partners, said McEasy’s land-and-expand strategy has produced consistent growth. Ho said a platform built to survive Indonesia’s geographical conditions of islands, connectivity gaps, and margin-conscious buyers, can succeed in other markets.
