Japanese multinational electronics conglomerate, Sony, has partnered with Singapore-based insurtech bolttech, to launch My Sony Care+, an embedded protection program designed to give customers extended coverage for their devices.

SHM said it aims to revolutionize the mobility experience by redefining the relationship between people and mobility. The first model, AFEELA 1, pursues an interactive relationship between people and vehicles through the integration of advanced software and high-performance hardware, resulting in intelligent mobility, the company added.

Hong Kong-based Tencent Holdings Limited and Japan-based Sony Group Corporation have acquired 30.34 percent stake in Japanese game developer FromSoftware for 36.4 billion yen ($259.48 million).
