Thailand-based insurtech Roojai Group announced last Friday that it has acquired Lifepal, an online insurance broker in Indonesia with over 2 million unique visitors per month.

Roojai, a Thailand-based online insurance company, has on Wednesday announced that it has completed the acquisition of Singapore-based insurance firm DirectAsia group. Roojai has entered into an agreement to acquire DirectAsia group from Hiscox.

Roojai, Thailand’s online insurance provider, has on Monday announced it has agreed to acquire FWD General Insurance Public Company Limited in Thailand. With this acquisition, Roojai will substantially increase its market share in Thailand with a combined portfolio of over $50 million in annual premium.

Roojai, a Thai-based online business to consumer (B2C) insurtech, has announced a $42 million Series B funding round led by HDI International, the international retail insurance division of the German Talanx Group.
