Indonesia-headquartered J&T Global Express, a global logistics service provider affiliated with China's smartphone brand Oppo, reported a revenue of $12.2 billion in 2025, up 18.5% year-on-year, the firm said in a release on Monday.

J&T Global Express Limited, an Indonesia-based logistics service provider, said its adjusted net profit surged 147.1 percent year on year to $156 million in the first half, underpinned by strong business growth and continuous operational optimization across its markets.

Having grown accustomed to the convenience of making purchases with a simple click, digital-savvy consumers are now seeking out more personalized online shopping experiences that are adaptable and responsive to their individual needs. In other words, e-commerce today needs a ‘human touch.’

The Jakarta-based logistics unicorn is working with Bank of America Corp, China International Capital Corp and Morgan Stanley on the potential first-time share sale as soon as next year, Bloomberg reported, quoting people familiar with the matter.
