The extended round was again led by Global Founders Capital and Fatima Gobi Ventures. They have been joined by early-stage technology investment firm Picus Capital and Zayn Capital.

Locad currently runs seven fulfillment centers: four in the Philippines and one warehouse each in Singapore, Hong Kong, and New South Wales. The company plans to use part of its seed fund to further expand its warehouse network in the Philippines and across the APAC region.

The startup plans to use its fresh capital to continue solving complex supply chain issues and to bring Pakistan’s road freight industry to the digital age. Truck It In is also looking to onboard skilled talents within the MENAP region to continue fulfilling its mission. Its platform is currently being used in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Faisalabad.
