Singapore-based OneByZero, an AI-focused systems integrator, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) will cooperate to expand the deployment of governed AI “coworkers” for enterprises across Asia-Pacific and Japan.

In a statement on Tuesday, OneByZero said it had signed a three-year strategic collaboration agreement with AWS for the move. The two will jointly help companies move AI from pilots into production, addressing security, integration, governance, and measurable results.

The collaboration spans four areas: scaling Neo, OneByZero’s platform for deploying and governing AI agents inside a customer’s own AWS environment; expanding AI-assisted data modernization through its ETL Crew tool; helping enterprises redesign workflows around people and AI agents; and developing delivery models tied to business outcomes.

Under the agreement, OneByZero will expand its local engineering teams across Asia-Pacific. Chief Executive Niket Vaidya said the collaboration gave the company the infrastructure and reach to deliver AI in complex and regulated environments at scale. Kirsten Gilbertson, an AWS partner-organisation leader for ASEAN, said the next wave of enterprise productivity would come from governed AI agents working alongside people with full auditability.

OneByZero builds exclusively on AWS and is an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner. It is AWS’s ASEAN consulting rising-star partner for 2026 and is among 22 firms in an AWS generative-AI partner alliance.

Neo is built on Amazon Bedrock and distributed through the AWS Marketplace, OneByZero said.
