monday.com, an AI work platform, has appointed Chris Jordan as Regional Vice President for Southeast Asia and Country Manager for Singapore, as the company establishes Singapore as its second Asia-Pacific headquarters after Sydney.
In a statement on Wednesday, monday.com said the appointment can deepen its commitment to the region’s ASEAN growth strategy.
Jordan brings more than 20 years of experience scaling organizations across Asia-Pacific, including senior leadership roles at BBDO and nearly a decade at Salesforce, most recently as Regional Vice President for Slack across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, he will lead monday.com’s Southeast Asia and India operations, focusing on enterprise growth, partner ecosystem development, and AI deployment.
Since establishing its Singapore headquarters in October 2025, monday.com has built a regional team of more than 30 people, recording 23 percent year-on-year growth across Southeast Asia and now serving more than 4,700 customers in the region.
The move comes as nearly half of Southeast Asian companies have moved beyond AI pilots, with Singapore standing out as a regional leader, with 56 percent of enterprises reporting progress toward scaled AI adoption. Singapore’s 2026 Budget introduced a national AI council, tax breaks for AI expenditure, and funding to support workers building AI skills.
Enterprises across Southeast Asia and India are ready to move from curiosity to execution at scale, said Chris Jordan. Establishing the regional headquarters in Singapore is a statement of long-term commitment to every market across the region, the executive added.
Dean Swan, General Manager of Asia-Pacific and Japan at monday.com, highlighted Jordan can bring the right experience to lead one of the company’s most strategically important markets in the region, with a strong team on the ground positioned to go deeper with customers and partners.
