SVO.ai, a multi-AI commerce super platform powered by a suite of AI systems, has been launched at the inaugural SVOLUTION Digital Summit (SDS) 2025 in Bali, Indonesia, in September, witnessed by over 3,500 delegates from 65 countries worldwide.

SVO.ai created, handpicked and trained to hyper-automate complex core digital commerce processes from ad creation and sales funnels to customer service and campaign optimisation.

The platform was specifically designed to empower anyone to build an online enterprise that generates stable and recurring income streams, without needing a background in digital commerce or a full team of digital experts, allowing entrepreneurs of all levels to build easier, scale faster, earn smarter and live freer.

TNGlobal recently talked to Andrew Lim and Justin Teow, Co-Founders of SVO.ai, to learn more about the platform and how it can help entrepreneurs.

According to Teow, the company’s audience ranges from solo entrepreneurs and digital creators to brand owners in industries like beauty, wellness, home & living, electrical & electronics, food & beverages, pets and others. Basically, businesses that thrive online.

“We started in Malaysia because it’s a multilingual, multicultural hub capable of connecting East and West. We are a global platform from day one and we’re expanding our focus to Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Singapore, regions with strong entrepreneurial energy but limited access to integrated digital solutions,” he said.

Although the platform is active in over 71 markets worldwide, including North America and Europe, the company still sees Southeast Asia as the next frontier of AI-commerce, he said.

“It’s dynamic, mobile-first, and full of creative talent. We don’t need to tell these entrepreneurs why they need to go digital. They just need better tools to do it right. That’s exactly what SVO.ai provides,” he added.

According to Lim. SVO.ai is built to remove the technical and operational friction that often holds entrepreneurs back.

“Many entrepreneurs spend more time switching between tools than actually growing their business. What we have done is bring everything from ad optimisation and CRM to generative content and sales conversion into one intelligent ecosystem,” he said.

“Instead of providing an AI tool like most platforms, we have assembled a multi-AI team. Our AI systems don’t just automate; they learn and optimise. But crucially, they are not learning from the generic internet but are trained exclusively on our proprietary data of winning strategies and proven methods,” he added.

In the interview, Lim and Teow also shared insights about the pain points the platform aims to solve, opportunities and challenges for SVO.ai, among others.

Below are the edited excerpts:

According to your company’s LinkedIn page, SVO.ai is a multi-AI commerce platform with specialised artificial intelligence systems that hyper-automate conversion, ad optimisation, CRM, generative content and other digital commerce processes for solopreneurs and entrepreneurs of all levels. Can you further explain how the platform works and how it can help entrepreneurs?

Lim: At its core, SVO.ai is built to remove the technical and operational friction that often holds entrepreneurs back. Many entrepreneurs spend more time switching between tools than actually growing their business. What we have done is bring everything from ad optimisation and CRM to generative content and sales conversion into one intelligent ecosystem.

Instead of providing an AI tool like most platforms, we have assembled a multi-AI team. Our AI systems don’t just automate; they learn and optimise. But crucially, they are not learning from the generic internet but are trained exclusively on our proprietary data of winning strategies and proven methods.

The AI systems understand buyer behaviour, adjust ad campaigns dynamically, generate tailored content, and even forecast which actions drive the best conversion outcomes. The result is that entrepreneurs can scale faster, with less complexity and more confidence.

Teow: That’s why we call it a Multi-AI Commerce Super Platform. We are one of the world’s first true AI commerce platforms, which means you don’t need to be a tech expert or have a big marketing team anymore.

Running your business on SVO.ai is like having an entire digital operations department inside one dashboard. Whether you’re a solo creator selling skincare products or a growing brand expanding overseas, the platform simplifies what used to be complex: marketing, analytics, engagement, and even conversions that are backed by real data. You can focus on building your business instead of managing systems.

What are the company’s short-term goals and long-term goals?

Teow: In the short term, our goal is to strengthen our ecosystem for creators, affiliates, and entrepreneurs across Asia, especially in emerging markets where digital tools are still fragmented or expensive. We want to make AI-driven commerce as accessible as using a smartphone.

Long term, SVO.ai is designed to be more than a platform. We see it as a movement. One that aims to democratise digital entrepreneurship globally, through an AI-commerce infrastructure that enables anyone, from any background, to create, scale, and monetise their ideas online. Our vision is to empower one million digital entrepreneurs within the next five years.

What’s your plans and strategy to achieve your goals?

Lim: Our approach is rooted in education and community. We train and mentor entrepreneurs, not just on how to use the technology, but on how to build sustainable digital businesses. Technology can enable, but knowledge sustains growth.

On the platform side, we are constantly improving our AI engines through real-world data and partnerships. We will continue to collaborate with industry players, tech providers, and content creators to make sure that our tools are relevant and adaptable. Every new feature we release is guided by a single question: Will this make it easier for entrepreneurs to succeed online? That clarity keeps us focused and agile.

What are the opportunities the company sees? What are the pain points SVO.ai wants to solve?

Lim: The biggest opportunity lies in reducing digital inequality. Many people have ideas but lack the time, technical know-how, or resources to execute them effectively. SVO.ai bridges that gap by automating the heavy lifting such as marketing optimisation, content creation, analytics, so anyone can compete on a level playing field.

We also see a big opportunity in the creator economy. Millions of individuals want to monetise their influence or expertise but are overwhelmed by fragmented tools. Our multi-AI platform unifies everything: AI for ads, CRM for relationships, and analytics for performance, all in one place. That simplicity is what turns potential into profit.

What are the challenges you see so far and how does the company plan to address these challenges?

Lim: One key challenge is education. AI-commerce is still new to many entrepreneurs, and we need to show people how a multi-AI commerce platform like ours is fundamentally different from a single AI tool. We need to help them understand not just what our platform does, but how it helps, which is why we will continue to invest heavily in workshops, demo sessions, and our academy programs.

We know that new challenges will keep coming. But with our purpose as our guide, we will continue to see every challenge as an opportunity to refine our mission: to make entrepreneurship not just simpler and smarter, but more inclusive.
