Bitdeer Technologies Group, a Singapore-headquartered technology company for AI and Bitcoin mining infrastructure, has signed an eight-year data center services agreement for a 60-MW facility in Malaysia.

In a statement on Moday, Bitdeer said the deal lifts its secured AI cloud capacity to about 333.5 MW, or 95 percent of its target at 350 MW by the first quarter of 2028.

The new site, designated A103, sits on the same Cyberjaya campus for the company’s A101 and A102 facilities. It is designed for liquid-cooled, rack-scale systems from Nvidia, including the next-generation Vera Rubin platform. The company expects the facility to be switched on in the first quarter of 2028.

With A101 and A102 included, the Cyberjaya campus is expected to total about 71.5 MW of AI cloud capacity.

Bitdeer said demand for uncontracted AI cloud capacity across its sites remains strong. It estimated its active pipeline can reach more than $10 billion.

Michael G. Potter, CFO of Bitdeer Technologies Group, said the company had secured roughly 95 percent of its target and described building on the existing campus as “improving our time-to-market.”

He added that A103 was built for the Vera Rubin generation and that customers had been asking for that kind of capacity for 2028.
