TablePointer Pte Ltd (TablePointer), a Singapore-based energy-efficiency-as-a-service (EEaaS) start-up, has on Tuesday announced that it has raised more than $3 million in an oversubscribed seed funding round led by Wavemaker Partners, AgFunder, ENGIE, and Steve Melhuish.

TablePointer Chief Executive Officer Jason Tang announced in a statement the the firm plans to continue expanding the company’s technology platform with new funding.

According to him, the funding will be used to add new features, product modules and enter fast-growing markets in the region.

TablePointer helps businesses become more energy efficient through its EEaaS model.

The company provides internet of things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for energy efficiency at no upfront costs and manages their implementation, monitoring, and maintenance.

Business operators benefit from energy savings, reduced carbon footprints, and improved operational excellence.

The company provides plug-and-play energy efficiency technology, especially for the food and beverage industry, with an innovative zero upfront costs approach.
