Wesco International acquires Singapore’s Newark Engineering for $136M, to expand data center cooling in Southeast Asia
The United States-based Wesco International has completed the acquisition of Newark Engineering Group, a Singapore-based provider of engineered cooling solutions and lifecycle services for data centers, for S$175 million ($136 million).
