To catalyze a viable blue finance market while fostering green bonds and supporting smaller businesses in Vietnam, International Finance Corporation (IFC) is providing a financing package of $150 million to Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank).
Norfund grants $30M convertible loan to Vietnam’s SeABank
Norfund, the Norwegian Investment Fund for Developing Countries, has decided to invest $30 million to Vietnam-based Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) in form of a convertible loan.
