The Natural Resources and Environment Board (NREB) and Bursa Carbon Exchange (BCX), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bursa Malaysia Berhad, have on Wednesday formalized a memorandum of collaboration (MoC) to jointly explore the development of the Sarawak Carbon Registry.
