Malaysia’s Catcha Digital acquires 51 percent stake in Nexible Solutions for $2.56M to expand into SaaS and AI sectors
Malaysia-based digital platform Catcha Digital Berhad has announced its entry into a share sale agreement to acquire a 51 percent interest in Malaysian software as a service (SaaS) firm Nexible Solutions Sdn Bhd (Nexible) for a cash consideration of MYR 11.38 million ($310 million).
