Aurum PropTech acquires Indian proptech brand NestAway for $11M
Aurum PropTech (formerly known as Majesco Limited) has approved the acquisition of up to 100 percent stake in NestAway Technologies Private Limited (NestAway), a PropTech brand in India for a consideration of up to INR 90 crores ($11 million) .
