Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad (MARC) has formed a strategic collaboration with Centre for Entrepreneur Development and Research (CEDAR), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SME Bank Malaysia Berhad, to support entrepreneurs and SMEs in Malaysia.
