Aptar Digital Health, a global digital health solutions provider, has on Wednesday announced that it has acquired Healint, a Singapore-based digital health company. The acquisition of Healint aligns with Aptar Digital Health strategy to broaden its portfolio in neurology and strengthen its global footprint for digital health deployment.

Delivery Hero SE, Germay-based local delivery platform, has on Wednesday announced that it has terminated discussions with the main negotiating counterpart regarding a potential sale of its foodpanda business in selected Southeast Asian markets covering Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos.

Vietnamese automaker VinFast Auto announced Wednesday that it will break ground at its integrated electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing site in Thoothukudi City, Tamil Nadu on Sunday (February 25), with a commitment of $500 million for the first phase.

By 2030, Thailand aims to convert 30 percent of its annual production of 2.5 million vehicles into EVs, according to a government plan.

GrabCar operates in 25 cities while GrabFood provides services to more than 100 cities nationwide, according to the report.
