Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and CelcomDigi Berhad have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen digital talent development across CelcomDigi’s workforce.
Under the three-year partnership, Huawei Malaysia will leverage its global learning ecosystem and technology expertise to provide employees with access to advanced training, leadership development opportunities and industry-recognized certifications, helping them build proficiency in key growth areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, 5G and Cloud technologies, CelcomDigi said in a statement on Tuesday.
The initiative is expected to create broader opportunities for continuous learning, professional growth and career development across the organization.
It is noted that as AI and emerging technologies continue to transform industries, organizations must continuously evolve their capabilities to remain competitive and deliver greater value to customers.
This collaboration supports CelcomDigi’s ambition to build a future-ready workforce equipped to drive innovation, accelerate transformation and seize new opportunities in an increasingly digital economy.

The MoU builds on a longstanding collaboration between Huawei Malaysia and CelcomDigi, which has previously included leadership programmes, professional certification initiatives, large-scale learning engagements, and technology-sharing sessions.
Together, both organizations aim to nurture a competitive and future-ready workforce equipped with world-class digital skills, helping shape the digital services of tomorrow while advancing technological excellence across Malaysia, said the statement.
