Singapore-headquartered SQREEM Technologies (SQREEM), an AI-powered behavioural intelligence and data analytics company, has been appointed under the Singapore Government’s Whole-of-Government Digital Consumption Analytics Services Period Contract and Framework Agreement (2nd Edition).

The framework, administered by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), enables participating government agencies to access digital consumption analytics services to support their research, communications and decision-making requirements, according to a statement on Monday.

Under the framework, SQREEM will make its digital behavioural intelligence and analytics capabilities available to participating government agencies.

SQREEM’s technology analyzes large-scale digital behavioural signals across the open web to help organisations understand how audiences consume information, the topics and content attracting attention, emerging areas of interest and how digital behaviour evolves over time.

Through SQREEM’s analytics capabilities, users can examine areas including audience behaviour, content consumption, topics and trends, demographic and geographic patterns and the digital sources influencing online attention.

“Singapore has long been at the forefront of using technology and data to support better decision-making, and we look forward to making SQREEM’s behavioural intelligence capabilities available to government agencies through the framework,” said René Raiss, Founder of SQREEM Technologies.

SQREEM said its analytics technology is designed to provide organisations with a deeper understanding of digital behaviour while operating within applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

The appointment builds on SQREEM’s work with organisations across Asia Pacific using artificial intelligence, behavioural intelligence and data analytics to support audience understanding, research, communications planning and strategic decision-making.
