Construction software provider Nemetschek Group is expanding its Southeast Asia presence through 10 partnerships and engagements across the Philippines and Vietnam, spanning live projects, professional organizations and education.

In the Philippines, the company said its engagements include a collaboration with architecture firm Aidea on a healthcare project involving St. Luke’s Medical Center. Nemetschek is positioning the work around connected project information and interoperable digital workflows across design, engineering, construction and facilities operations.

In Vietnam, Nemetschek said it is working with six institutions across Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai to strengthen digital capabilities and better connect built-environment education with industry needs. The company did not announce financial terms for the partnerships.

The regional expansion follows Nemetschek’s recent Singapore partnerships focused on digital delivery, model quality and workforce development.
