Singapore’s Sea Limited (NYSE: SE), known for operating Shopee as the biggest e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia, reported a revenue of $7.8 billion per GAAP calculation for the second quarter of 2026, up 48.1 percent year-on-year.
In its financial result statement released on Monday, Sea said it net income reached $458.1 million, in Q2/2026 up 10.6 percent.
For the first half of 2026, total revenue was $14.9 billion and net income was $896.3 million.

Shopee
Shopee, Sea’s e-commerce segment, reported Q2/2026 revenue of $5.6 billion, up 48.2 percent year-on-year. As a result, Shopee accounted for 72 percent, the biggest portion, of Sea Limited’s total revenue.
On logistics, instant and same-day delivery services gained traction, with instant delivery in Indonesia capable of delivering within one hour in urban areas. Instant-delivery order volumes in Indonesia grew approximately 80 percent year-on-year while cost per order fell approximately 20 percent.
Fulfillment, where Shopee manages warehousing and shipping for sellers, grew more than 20 percent quarter-on-quarter, with more than 60 percent of fulfilled parcels arriving next-day in some markets.
On content and discovery, Shopee integrated with YouTube and Meta platforms, with Facebook affiliate orders up more than 85 percent quarter-on-quarter. Instagram collaboration has been extended to all eight core markets.
Monee
Monee, Sea’s digital financial services segment, reported Q2/2026 revenue of $1.4 billion, up 58.9 percent year-on-year.
Consumer and SME loans principal outstanding was $11.1 billion as of June 30, 2026, up 62.5 percent year-on-year. Non-performing loans past due by more than 90 days as a percentage of total loans principal outstanding was 1 percent, or no quarter-on-quarter change.
Forrest Li, Sea’s Chairman and CEO, noted supporting factors. First, external data partnerships with local mobile operators in Indonesia and Open Finance data in Brazil allow the model to assess users newer to the Sea ecosystem.
Second, AI-based document verification reads user-submitted income documents across different markets, languages, and formats, reducing review time by approximately 95 percent and enabling near-instant credit-limit decisions.
On payment infrastructure, off-Shopee SPayLater is scaling through integration with national QR payment systems. the executive added.
Garena
Garena, Sea’s gaming (digital entertainment) segment, reported revenue of $746.6 million, up 33.5 percent year-on-year. Regarding EBITDA, Garena’s result of $429.8 million accounted for 47 percent of the total, the biggest portion for Sea.
Free Fire continued to draw more than 100 million average daily active users. The game’s engagement is maintained through live-operations campaigns that modify core gameplay, including the Undersea Mystery campaign, which added a new explorable map realm, and the World Cup Fire Kickoff campaign, which introduced football mechanics into the map.
Two forthcoming titles have been announced, namely Palworld Online developed and published by Garena under license from Pocketpair; and Monster Hunter Outlanders, developed by Tencent based on Capcom’s franchise.
