Acrab, a Singapore-headquartered technology company building agentic AI compute infrastructure, has raised $130 million in a Series B round led by existing investors Vertex Ventures SEA & India and Vertex Growth.

In a statement on Thursday, Acrab said the round featured institutional investors across Europe and Southeast Asia. It follows the company’s emergence from stealth and the launch of its GΞLIX 1-powered Agent Box platform. Acrab’s previous fund raising was $350 million in June.

The new capital will support product scaling, ecosystem expansion, and the development of Acrab’s next-generation computing platform. The company said it has visible paths to industrial deployments across multiple domains and expects revenue within 2026.

Acrab builds a full-stack AI computing platform combining purpose-built silicon, edge AI, and intelligent software orchestration. Its GΞLIX 1 is a first-generation edge AI system-on-chip designed to run large language models at the 100 billion parameter scale locally rather than through cloud infrastructure.

Its Agent Box is a personal edge AI system powered by GΞLIX 1 that supports local large-model inference, persistent memory, multimodal interactions, and agent orchestration on-device.
