Tencent Cloud, the cloud business under Chinese giant Tencent, has expanded its international suite of AI agent solutions to the Indonesian market.

In a statement on Wednesday, Tencent Cloud said it unveiled the partnerships with local enterprises at an AI Executive Day summit in Jakarta. The event featured more than 150 Indonesian enterprise leaders, technology executives, and partners.

At the summit, Tencent Cloud announced collaborations with three Indonesian companies. With J&T Express, Indonesia’s largest express delivery company, Tencent Cloud will deploy its WorkBuddy AI agent to automate daily office workflows, generate data-driven reports, and streamline internal coordination across J&T Express’s regional operations.

With Traveloka, a leading Southeast Asian travel platform, Tencent Cloud’s AI-native creative studio Miora will be used to accelerate marketing visual production.

Regarding venture builder GDP Venture, Tencent Cloud will collaborate to build AI agent solutions for enterprise customers across GDP Venture’s portfolio.

Tencent Cloud also announced key product developments at the summit. TokenHub, its Model-as-a-Service platform providing a single API gateway to third-party AI models, has expanded its model catalogue to include DeepSeek R1 and V3 for reasoning and general-purpose tasks, Qwen models for multilingual enterprise applications, and Meta’s Llama for open-source development.

Besides, Tencent Cloud announced the launch of a new GPU Cloud region in Indonesia, providing local AI compute infrastructure.

Poshu Yeung, Senior Vice President of Tencent Cloud International, said AI agents represent the next evolution of enterprise AI adoption. The executive also emphasized Tencent Cloud’s commitment to co-developing practical AI solutions with Indonesian enterprises.
