ReN3, an enterprise agentic AI work productivity platform focused on accuracy and flexible deployment, has raised $5 million in a seed funding round led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India.

In a statement on Tuesday, Vertex Ventures said the funds will help expand ReN3’s channel partner network and advance product development, including its agentic workflow builder and a planned agent marketplace. ReN3’s popular customers include HTX, SBS Transit, SM Prime, Monde Nissin, and NAT Re.

Lemuel Low, co-founder and CEO of ReN3, said the partnership would support the company’s efforts to deliver enterprise AI systems designed for security, reliability, and scalability.

Chan Yip Pang, Executive Director, Investment, Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India, said enterprise AI adoption is increasingly shaped by demands for accuracy and data security. The executive noted that concerns over data sovereignty are contributing to demand for on-premise deployment, and highlighted ReN3’s approach to accuracy, deployment flexibility, and localization.

Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India stressed that many enterprise AI initiatives struggle to progress beyond pilot stages due to issues such as inaccurate outputs, data sovereignty constraints, and vendor lock-in. These challenges are particularly pronounced in Southeast Asia, where regulatory requirements and local usage patterns differ from Western markets.

ReN3’s platform can address these issues through a combination of data techniques and system architecture aimed at improving output accuracy. The platform supports deployment across air-gapped on-premise systems, private cloud, and hybrid environments, and can process more than 80 file formats. It also enables the creation of no-code AI agents for functions including administration, legal, finance, procurement, and human resources.
