Indonesia-headquartered J&T Global Express, a global logistics service provider affiliated with China’s smartphone brand Oppo, reported a revenue of $12.2 billion in 2025, up 18.5% year-on-year, the firm said in a release on Monday.

The company handled 30.1 billion parcels during the year, marking the first time it surpassed the 30-billion threshold and representing a 22.2% increase year-on-year. Adjusted net profit rose sharply to $425 million, more than doubling from a year earlier. Free cash flow also increased to $494 million.

The firm attributed the growth to improved profitability driven by its expanding international operations.

Southeast Asia Drives Growth

Southeast Asia remained the company’s strongest-performing region. Parcel volume in the region climbed 67.8% to 7.66 billion, while revenue grew 39.8% to $4.5 billion. Profitability in the region also improved, with adjusted EBIT increasing 77.5% to $538 million.

According to data from Frost & Sullivan, J&T maintained its position as the leading express delivery provider in Southeast Asia for the sixth consecutive year, with market share rising to 34.4%.

China Operations Maintain Stability

In China, the company processed 22.07 billion parcels, an 11.4% increase year-on-year. Revenue rose 5% to $6.71 billion.

Despite competitive pressures, J&T reported stable profitability in the market, supported by cost controls and increased automation. The company also expanded services such as rural delivery coverage, cloud warehousing, and the deployment of unmanned logistics vehicles.

New Markets Turn Profitable

Operations in newer markets—including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Mexico, Brazil, and Egypt—achieved profitability for the first time since their launch in 2022. Parcel volume in these markets rose 43.6% to 404 million, while revenue increased 51.2% to $870 million. Adjusted EBIT reached $4 million, compared with a loss a year earlier.

Growth in these regions was supported by partnerships with major e-commerce platforms, including SHEIN, Temu, TikTok, and AliExpress, as well as cooperation with Mercado Libre.

Network Expansion Continues

J&T continued investing in its logistics network, operating 246 sorting centers globally by the end of 2025. A major self-built sorting hub in Guangzhou began operations in the fourth quarter of 2025. The company also expanded its transportation and automation capacity, adding nearly 1,880 line-haul vehicles and increasing automated sorting equipment to 413 units.
