Indonesian tech giant GoTo Group, known for Gojek and Tokopedia, reported adjusted EBITDA of Rp2 trillion ($118 million) for the full year 2025, exceeding its previously issued guidance of Rp1.8 trillion to Rp1.9 trillion, according to the company’s Wednesday release.

For the last quarter of 2025, its EBITDA reached Rp672 billion, the highest quarterly level reported by the company.

The company recorded core gross transaction value (GTV) of Rp124 trillion in the fourth quarter of 2025, up 57 percent year-on-year. For the full year, core GTV reached Rp400 trillion, representing growth of 49 percent compared with 2024.

Net revenue for the fourth quarter rose 19 percent year-on-year to Rp5 trillion, while full-year net revenue increased 24 percent to Rp18.3 trillion. Annual transacting users grew 24 percent year on year to 66 million.

The company said its financial technology segment recorded adjusted EBITDA of Rp226 billion in the fourth quarter and Rp497 billion for the full year. The full-year figure is a significant improvement versus loss of Rp467 billion in 2024.

The on-demand services segment reported adjusted EBITDA of Rp415 billion in the fourth quarter, up 55 percent year-on-year, and Rp1.4 trillion for the full year, more than doubling compared with 2024.

GoTo Group CEO Hans Patuwo said adjusted EBITDA for 2026 can reach between Rp3.2 trillion and Rp3.4 trillion, equivalent to growth of 59 percent to 69 percent year on year.
