FinFan, a Vietnam-based fintech firm, and DT One, a Singapore-based digital value exchange, have announced a strategic partnership to strengthen Vietnam’s digital services ecosystem.

The duo said in a statement that this collaboration marks a major milestone in expanding Vietnam’s digital services landscape, enabling local consumers and businesses to access a broader range of digital products and value-added services including airtime, eSIMs (data bundles), and digital gift cards (gaming pins) – all delivered seamlessly through FinFan’s technology infrastructure.

As Vietnam’s fintech market continues to accelerate, the partnership aims to build a connected digital services network that bridges local users to global platforms.

Under the agreement, FinFan will be a strategic partner in relation to DT One’s offering of products, including handling wholesale and retail distribution of digital products via a unified API platform and a nationwide network of agents and business partners.

The collaboration between FinFan and DT One focuses on three key areas: product distribution, cross-border API development, and fintech expansion.

FinFan becomes a strategic partner of DT One in Vietnam, managing airtime, mobile top-ups, eSIM data bundles, and digital gift card products such as gaming pins.

Both companies will co-develop a cross-border API connectivity layer, empowering Vietnamese enterprises to seamlessly integrate global digital services.

Additionally, the partnership aims to expand FinFan’s digital payment ecosystem, enabling faster, more transparent, and cost-efficient international transactions.

“FinFan’s vision is to become the bridge between Vietnam and the world in digital payments and fintech innovation,

“Partnering with DT One – one of global leaders in digital value exchange – allows us to deliver world-class digital services to Vietnamese users, faster and more efficiently than ever before,” said Dr. Nguyen Tuyen, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FinFan.
