Merchant commerce platform Pine Labs and programmable financial infrastructure provider Stripe have partnered to offer a unified commerce solution in Singapore, allowing eligible retailers to manage online and in-store payments through a single platform from November 2026.

The solution combines Stripe’s online payment capabilities with Pine Labs’ in-store payment infrastructure, including its network of payment terminals, the duo said in a statement on Wednesday.

The companies said the integration aims to simplify payment management and reduce the complexity of operating separate systems for physical and digital sales channels.

Under the arrangement, merchants will have a consolidated view of transactions across online and physical stores, while gaining access to additional services such as instalment financing, loyalty-linked payments, merchant promotions and digital marketing tools.

The platform will support credit card, QR code and contactless payments across multiple Pine Labs terminal types. Merchants will also be able to offer instalment plans, pay-by-points options and promotional discounts.

“Retailers no longer think of e-commerce and physical stores as separate channels. They expect a connected view of payments, customer engagement and business performance across every touchpoint,

“By combining Stripe’s online capabilities with our in-store commerce ecosystem, we are helping merchants simplify operations while creating more personalized and rewarding customer experiences,” said B Amrish Rau, Chief Executive Officer, Pine Labs.

The companies plan to expand the solution to other Southeast Asian markets in 2027.
