Sygnum has made Fidelity International’s first tokenized liquidity solution available to accredited and institutional investors in Singapore through its locally licensed entity.

The product, issued on Sygnum’s Desygnate tokenization platform, is designed to give eligible investors access to US dollar liquidity that is issued and administered on-chain. Sygnum said the product also publishes its net asset value on-chain.

Singapore availability

The solution is being offered through Sygnum Pte. Ltd., which holds licenses from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. It is not available to retail investors.

Fidelity International manages the underlying liquidity strategy. The product was first launched in Zurich in May 2026 and has since attracted participation from asset managers, digital-asset exchanges, stablecoin issuers and decentralized-finance protocols, according to the companies.

Sygnum said the solution has been assessed AAA-mf by Moody’s. J.P. Morgan provides administration and custody services, while Apex Group acts as transfer agent and supports digital onboarding, wallet whitelisting and processing. Chainlink publishes daily NAV data and selected distribution metrics on-chain.

Tokenized cash management

The launch adds another institutional product to Singapore’s growing tokenization market, where financial institutions have been testing blockchain-based settlement, tokenized funds and other forms of digital financial infrastructure.

Sygnum Head of Tokenization Fatmire Bekiri said the company sees tokenized liquidity as a foundation for broader tokenized-finance activity. Reto Marx, chief executive officer of Sygnum Singapore, said the local regulatory framework and institutional market made Singapore a natural venue for the product.

The companies said institutional treasuries are increasingly evaluating tokenized liquidity products as an alternative way to hold and mobilize cash while retaining exposure to short-duration underlying assets.
