Customer-communications platform Aircall is expanding into Southeast Asia as it seeks local partners to deploy AI voice agents, automated workflows and communications tools across the region.
The company said its Asia-Pacific strategy will build on its existing Australia and New Zealand business. Aircall is emphasizing localization and channel partnerships, including integrations with widely used regional communications tools such as WhatsApp.
Frank Eagleton, Aircall’s Asia-Pacific managing director, is leading regional growth and market expansion. Rehan Wickremeratne has been tasked with developing the partner ecosystem supporting the Southeast Asia push.
Aircall said it serves more than 24,000 businesses globally and has annual recurring revenue above $200 million. Its platform combines voice, SMS and WhatsApp communications with AI voice agents, workflow automation and integrations with business applications. The company is inviting technology providers, resellers and service partners in Asia-Pacific to work on localized deployments.
