Singapore state-owned fund Temasek has on Friday announced the appointment of Wendy Koh as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)-designate with effect from August 1, 2026.

Koh will assume the role of CFO on October 1, 2026, Temasek said in a statement.

According to the statement, Koh brings over three decades of experience across finance, capital markets, and corporate strategy.

She joins Temasek from Mapletree Investments, where she is currently Group Chief Financial Officer.

Her experience will support Temasek’s continued focus on disciplined capital management and long-term value creation.

In conjunction with this appointment, Png Chin Yee, President, Temasek Singapore (TSG), will relinquish her concurrent role as Chief Financial Officer with effect from October 1, 2026, to focus on her leadership of TSG.

In this role, she oversees Temasek’s Singapore-based portfolio companies, working to strengthen performance, drive value creation, and deliver sustainable long-term returns across the portfolio.
