Princeton Digital Group said it has secured approximately $856 million in financing to support the development of its 120-MW JC3 data center campus in Indonesia
In a statement on Thursday, the Singapore-based data center operator and developer said the financing includes a fully underwritten $456 million syndicated facility provided by banks, including DBS, HSBC, Maybank, SMBC, and Standard Chartered. An additional accordion facility of about $400 million is also in progress.
Princeton Digital Group said the financing was structured under its Green Finance Framework and described it as one of the region’s largest green loans.
Rangu Salgame, chairman, CEO and co-founder of Princeton Digital Group, said the financing reflects continued demand for data center capacity in Indonesia as hyperscale customers expand operations in the country.
Its JC3 campus is located in Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC), Bekasi Regency, Greater Jakarta, with an initial investment of $1 billion. The groundbreaking ceremony for the facility started in November 2025.
Princeton Digital Group currently has a 400 MW portfolio in Indonesia. The company recently announced the launch of JC4 and is continuing development of JC3.
Across Asia, Princeton Digital Group (PDG)’s total portfolio exceeds 1.8 GW across seven countries.
