NCS, the subsidiary of the Singapore-based Singtel Group, has partnered NVIDIA to deploy sovereign agentic artificial intelligence (AI) for enterprises.
NCS said in a statement on Tuesday that the integration combines its AI platforms, including Sunshine.AI, Video AI, Physical AI as well as its AI and Data Analytics Platform, with NVIDIA AI Enterprise software.
It noted this makes it faster and easier for organizations to deploy AI Agents that can understand requests, make decisions and take action, while still meeting strict security and data governance standards.
This expanded engagement builds on the agentic AI solutions NCS first announced at the NCS Impact Forum 2025, including Video AI, Agentic AI platform, Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and AI Operations (AIOps) powered by AI Agents.
Since the launch of three initial solutions last year, the initiative has progressed to a broader portfolio of secure, sovereign agentic AI systems designed to support more complex, mission-critical use cases at scale.
The architecture allows organizations to run these AI systems on-premises and in cloud environments, while keeping full control over sensitive information, said the statement.
This is an essential requirement for regulated sectors such as healthcare, financial services, telcos and public sector, it added.
“Organizations want AI that solves business problems at scale, not just proofs-of-concept, and they want it without risking data security. AI, accompanied by Digital Resilience, is key,
“By integrating NVIDIA technology with NCS’ platform delivering mission-critical systems, we are helping clients improve customer service, run operations more efficiently and make faster, better decisions with the right safeguards in place,” said Sam Liew, NCS Chief Executive Officer-Designate.
According to the statement, these solutions support practical, high impact uses such as AI-powered service desks that resolve customer requests faster, smart video systems that spot safety risks in schools and public spaces, intelligent logistics platforms that help coordinate warehouses and fleets, and real-time monitoring of transport and city services, turning live data into quicker emergency responses, safer operations and better everyday experiences for citizens and customers alike.
