Denodo, a global data management firm, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ST Engineering Mission Software Systems, a Singapore-based company of global technology, defence and engineering group ST Engineering, to jointly advance data science and artificial intelligence (DSAI) technologies.

Denodo said in a statement on last Friday that the firm and ST Engineering Mission Software Systems will work hand-in-hand to expand overall value delivery to customers in government and commercial sectors.

Both parties will engage in knowledge sharing, technical collaboration as well as the joint development and delivery of services.

“Data management is a key enabler of AI-driven decision-making, opening the door to faster insights, smarter operations and leaner budgets. We are excited to harness our expertise in support of mutual goals,

“By combining ST Engineering’s deep domain knowledge with Denodo’s data management intelligence, we create a foundation that empowers timely, high-impact decisions for accelerated operational excellence,” said Richard Jones, Denodo’s Vice President and General Manager of Asia Pacific (APAC).

Percival Goh, Executive Vice President and Head of ST Engineering Mission Software Systems, said through this MoU, the firm will join forces with Denodo to advance AI-driven analytics, transforming complex data into insights that guide decisions, build confidence and deliver measurable results – critical in today’s data-driven world.

“This collaboration reinforces our commitment to delivering solutions that make a tangible difference in mission-critical operations,” he added.

According to the statement, Denodo will support system and platform integration of DSAI capabilities, co-develop prototypes or proof-of-concepts, assess progress and uncover new opportunities, while ST Engineering Mission Software Systems will support development and operationalization efforts, participation in early-stage pilot projects to enable seamless transitions to full-scale implementation.

This collaboration underscores a shared vision to accelerate AI adoption and operational intelligence in fast-evolving digital landscapes, delivering greater efficiency, insight and agility to customers, said the statement.
