Indonesia-based property marketplace Rumah123 has established a strategic partnership with digital mortgage platform PT Ringkas Technology (Ringkas) to boost property financing in the country.

The duo said in a statement on Wednesday that the partnership is to increase the efficiency of the mortgage application process for property seekers.

Through this collaboration, Rumah123 works with Ringkas to support and accelerate the mortgage application process.

With this collaboration, consumers now have wider access to financing solutions, including a network of 28 bank partners from Ringkas, making the mortgage application process faster and more efficient, while continuing to strengthen its role as the main marketplace that connects home seekers with trusted financing options.

While Rumah123 already has a strong property ecosystem, Ringkas enhances the experience by transforming the traditional, often complex mortgage process into a streamlined digital experience.

Unlike conventional systems that involve fragmented pre-qualification, lengthy manual submissions, and lack of transparency, Ringkas provides an end-to-end digital solution that allows users to assess financial eligibility, simulate loan calculations, and verify data securely.

“As the number one property marketplace in Indonesia, our priority is to provide a seamless and comprehensive homeownership experience for users,

“By partnering with Ringkas, we are improving mortgage services for customers with various financial needs and creating a more efficient financing process, while ensuring that the entire experience is within Rumah123’s trusted ecosystem,” said Rumah123 Chief Executive Officer Wasudewan.

Meanwhile, Ringkas Co-founder Ilya Kravtsov, added that Ringkas is one of the fully regulated (registered with OJK) entities in Indonesia that focuses on making sure that customers get the largest choice and best customer experience while submitting their mortgage applications.

“With our focus on compliance and customer data protection, Ringkas wants to contribute to the success of the Rumah123 ecosystem,” he added.

It is noted that the increasing demand in buying homes among the younger generation through Rumah123 has risen by 78.6 percent year-on-year in 2024, coupled with the government’s initiatives to issue various incentives, such as VAT-DTP and efforts to realize the 3 million houses per year program in Indonesia.

The need for easily accessible and flexible mortgage solutions is also growing.

In this collaboration, Ringkas ensures a smooth mortgage process by seamlessly integrating with Rumah123’s platform, allowing homebuyers to transition effortlessly from property search to financing application.

By leveraging its advanced credit analysis, Ringkas matches buyers with the most suitable mortgage products from partner banks, offering a transparent and guided application process.

With a mutually supportive ecosystem, this collaboration provides a more seamless experience for prospective homebuyers, ensuring that every step, from property search to the financing process, can be carried out more practically, safely, and efficiently, said the statement.
