Mosaic Solutions, a provider of business technology in the Philippines, today announced the acquisition of HelixPay, a commerce enablement platform for e-commerce, venues and ticketing, alongside a strategic partnership with payment firm PayMongo.

The combination of Mosaic Solutions and HelixPay brings together more than PHP 4 billion ($69.09 million) in annualized transaction value, Mosaic Solutions said in a statement on Tuesday.

It is backed by a strong group of strategic and financial investors, including the ACTIVE Fund, Gentree Fund, Foxmont Capital Partners, Sierra Madre,Oak Drive Ventures, Tenco Capital, Investible, PayMongo, and others.

According to the statement, this move creates the Philippines’ first unified commerce platform that seamlessly connects in-store and digital operations for businesses across all consumer sectors.

The combined platform eliminates the complexity of managing multiple systems by integrating point-of-sale, payments, and digital commerce into a single solution.

For the first time, Philippine businesses can manage their entire operations—from in-store sales to digital payments to business intelligence—through one integrated platform.

“This marks a fundamental shift in how Philippine businesses can operate,” said Brett Doyle, Chief Executive Officer of Mosaic Solutions.

“By bringing together Mosaic’s enterprise technology, HelixPay’s commerce capabilities, and PayMongo’s payment infrastructure, we’re removing the complexity that has held businesses back,

“One platform, one integration, unlimited possibilities for growth,” he added.

The integration brings unprecedented simplicity to business operations in the Philippines.

Businesses will be able to process any payment through a single POS terminal—from tap-to- pay to QR payments—without additional hardware.

This unified system connects seamlessly with online operations, giving businesses a complete view of their inventory and customers across all sales channels.

The platform’s robust analytics provide real-time insights that enable more intelligent business decisions.

At the same time, PayMongo’s secure payment infrastructure ensures reliable transaction processing across all payment methods, from cards to e-wallets to online banking.

It is noted that this technology integration is already transforming how businesses operate across the Philippines.

Restaurants can now process tableside payments instantly while automatically updating their inventory systems.

Retail stores can unify their in-store and online operations, creating true omnichannel customer experiences.

Entertainment venues can streamline everything from ticketing to concessions through a single platform.

For businesses with multiple locations, the system provides consolidated reporting across all branches and channels, enabling data-driven decision-making at scale.

As part of this expansion, Mosaic Solutions will establish a new Advisory Board composed of leading fintech and software executives in the Philippines to accelerate technology adoption and redefine how businesses operate in a digital-first economy.

The Advisory Board will include Jojo Malolos, Chief Executive Officer of PayMongo; Luis Sia, Chairman of PayMongo; Andrew Koger, Co-Founder of HelixPay; Dan Marogy, ex-Chief Executive Officer of Foodpanda Philippines and ex-Managing Director of 7-Eleven Philippines.

“The future of commerce in the Philippines is being reshaped,

“Through this partnership, we’re building technology that enables businesses to sell smarter, get paid faster, and scale without friction,” said Luis Sia, Chairman of
PayMongo.
