Temasek Foundation has on Wednesday announced the appointment of Jennie Chua as its new Chairman, effective from September 1, 2024.

Temasek Foundation said in a statement that Chua will succeed Benny Lim, who has served as the organization’s Chairman for the past four years.

Lim has led the Temasek Foundation board since April 2020.

During his tenure, he provided oversight in guiding Temasek Foundation’s strategic transformation.

Together with the board, he also steered the organization through its COVID-19 initiatives, complementing other nationwide efforts in building resilience against the pandemic and supporting Singaporeans in staying safe.

“Temasek Foundation extends our deepest gratitude to Benny Lim for his valuable contributions and dedication. Jennie Chua brings a wealth of experience having served at Temasek Foundation since its beginnings in 2007,

“As we welcome Jennie Chua into this role, we look forward to an exciting new chapter of growth for the organization,” it said.
