Malaysian digital service provider REDtone Digital Berhad (REDtone) and United Kingdom-based technology solutions provider Informed Solutions have announced a strategic partnership to offer digital transformation platforms and solutions powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) to supercharge Malaysia’s digitalization agenda.
Offered for the first time in Asia, these offerings, which are powering the United Kingdom and Australian governments’ digital transformations, aim to achieve a two-pronged objective: boost the Malaysian government’s agenda to build an enabling eco-system to increase the nation’s competitiveness, and empower the locals,” REBtone said in a statement on Tuesday.

He also said the AI powered digital solutions can supercharge the country’s transition towards an integrated public sector ecosystem.

In addition, with the AI derived data and insights, he said government agencies will be able to develop new as well as innovative services and products.
“We can also accelerate the agencies’ digital transformation by empowering public servants to level up their technical expertise in the areas of data, AI, and cybersecurity,” he added.
