Singapore-based cryptocurrency exchange company Crypto.com has partnered with LINE’s crypto asset and blockchain-related business developer LINE Xenesis Corporation (LINE Xenesis) to drive crypto adoption in Asia Pacific (APAC).

Crypto.com said in a statement on Wednesday that both parties have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance the latest cryptocurrency business solutions developed by Crypto.com through the LINE user network and collectively advance crypto technology across Asia Pacific and beyond.

According to the statement, the initial focus on the collaboration will be to enhance LINE Xenesis’ licensed crypto offerings within Japan, while also setting a foundation for Crypto.com and LINE Xenesis to establish a collaborative forefront of crypto innovation that drives influence across the broader Asia Pacific and global crypto industry.

In time, both parties will further explore additional crypto and blockchain technology business solutions, including strengthening cryptocurrency payment capabilities and NFT integrations, as well as engaging LINE Xenesis’ regional and global affiliate network with tailored Crypto.com technology, platform and product development capabilities.
