Hong Kong-based RV HK Limited, a subsidiary of Singapore-headquartered private real estate investment platform RealVantage, has received a Type 1 licence from Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) to deal in securities.

In a statement on Tuesday, RealVantage said the license was granted in September 2026. Under the license conditions, RV HK can deal in collective investment schemes and serve professional investors only. The license gives it a regulated presence in Singapore and Hong Kong, two of Asia’s main financial and wealth-management centers.

RealVantage was founded in Singapore in 2019. It has executed 171 real estate investments, of which 54 have been fully realized. It combines investment expertise and a network of real estate partners and proprietary technology, in order to connect investors with private property deals in developed markets.

Keith Ong, co-founder and group CEO of RealVantage, said Hong Kong has a sophisticated investor base seeking diversification and access to global private markets. He said a regulated presence is part of the company’s plan to build a leading private real estate investment platform in Asia.

Through RV HK, eligible professional investors in Hong Kong will be able to access collective investment schemes that invest in private real estate, subject to the offering terms and regulatory requirements. RealVantage will continue to handle investment sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and asset management. RV HK will focus on licensed distribution and investor relations in Hong Kong.

The company says its wider platform offers real estate debt and equity, through deal-by-deal opportunities and professionally managed structures, across sectors including logistics, living, hospitality and data centers.

Ivan Ho, CEO of RealVantage HK, said the company will draw on its investment experience and technology while meeting the standards expected of a licensed Hong Kong intermediary.

RealVantage raised $10 million in an oversubscribed Series A round in December 2025, at a valuation of $70 million.
