Uzbekistan-based restaurant technology company Delever has raised $380,000 to develop its order and delivery management platform and expand into additional markets.

The round comprised $300,000 from AloqaVentures and $80,000 from Nexus Club, according to a press release sent directly by Delever and a regional report on the financing. The company did not disclose its valuation or the type of securities issued.

Round extends earlier AloqaVentures backing

The financing is a follow-on investment for AloqaVentures, which first backed Delever in 2024. The venture firm lists Delever among its portfolio companies and describes the startup as a platform for automating direct-to-consumer sales, delivery and order management.

Delever said it will use the new capital for product development, broader platform capabilities and growth in new markets. It did not identify the next countries it plans to enter, provide a deployment timetable or break down spending among hiring, engineering and market expansion.

“A restaurant with delivery doesn’t need ten disconnected tools, it needs one system,” Delever co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Fakhriddin Yusupov said in the release. He said the repeat investment was significant because AloqaVentures had observed the business since its earlier round.

Davron Parmonov, a partner at AloqaVentures and Nexus Angel Club, said the investor had initially put $100,000 into Delever at the pre-seed stage. He said the company had since reached break-even and expanded across seven countries. Those operating claims were supplied by the investor and were not accompanied by audited financial information.

Platform consolidates restaurant delivery operations

Delever sells business-to-business software for restaurants and retailers that operate delivery services. Its platform is designed to combine orders from multiple sales channels with aggregator connections, point-of-sale systems, courier management and delivery workflows.

The company said more than 1,400 restaurant and retail locations across seven countries use its software, with its largest presence in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. Delever’s public company pages separately identify operations across Central Asia, the Caucasus, Cyprus and the United Arab Emirates. Customer, order and geographic figures remain company-supplied, and Delever did not publish a country-by-country revenue or location breakdown with the funding announcement.

The product is intended to reduce the operational fragmentation that can arise when merchants manage their own websites and applications alongside third-party aggregators, payment providers, couriers and in-store systems. Delever says its integrations allow orders and status updates to move between those channels through one operating layer.

Central Asia remains the core market

Delever said it is a resident of IT Park Uzbekistan and a participant in Kazakhstan’s Astana Hub, while its Delever Ltd. entity is registered in the Astana International Financial Centre. The company did not say whether the new investment was made into the Uzbek operating company, the Kazakhstan entity or another holding structure.

The financing is modest compared with larger regional venture rounds, but it gives Delever additional capital to deepen a product already operating across several emerging markets. The next measures of progress will be whether the company converts the follow-on backing into additional paying locations, enters the markets it has targeted and maintains sustainable economics as it scales. Delever did not disclose revenue, profitability figures, a post-money valuation or targets for the new capital.
