Omnichat, an AI-native marketing and customer experience platform, has raised a $10 million Series A round led by Openspace Capital, with participation from Darwin Ventures and Acorn Pacific Ventures.

In a statement on Tuesday, Hong Kong-based Omnichat said it will use the funding to scale its agentic AI platform, improve research & development (R&D) on its Omni AI Agents, and accelerate its global expansion.

The company said the round will scale Omni AI Agents, a suite it launched in 2026 to handle core marketing, sales, and service work inside the chat. The Marketing Agent builds customer segments and generates complete campaigns from a single prompt. The Sales Agent recommends products and closes orders within the chat. The Customer Service Agent resolves enquiries around the clock. OmniClaw is an AI business analyst that tracks customer behavior, chat trends, and store-level revenue attribution in real time.

Omnichat platform can unify marketing, sales, and customer service on a single customer profile. It also attributes revenue back to the conversation, including purchases completed in physical stores. Its agents run across WhatsApp, LINE, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WeChat, KakaoTalk, and TikTok.

Omnichat said its platform has delivered results for clients including Dyson, FILA, Watsons, L’Occitane, VF Corporation, SMCP, and Mead Johnson.

Alan Chan, founder and CEO of Omnichat, said the round marks a shift from conversational commerce to AI-driven commerce. He said traditional messaging tools still need heavy human intervention to drive sales, while Omnichat’s agents can sell, market, and support customers around the clock.

Omnichat said it will use the round to extend its market presence globally, building on its operations across Asia-Pacific.
