Startups in Southeast Asia’s logistics-technology sector have raised $17.7 billion in equity funding to date, with investment recovering to $339 million so far in 2026, the highest annual level since 2021.
Data-intelligence firm Tracxn, based in India, released the data in its “Logistics Tech-SEA” report, released on Monday. Annual investment moderated from $1.1 billion in 2021 to $84 million in 2023, before recovering to $266 million in 2024, $262 million in 2025, and $339 million so far in 2026.
The sector spans 1,814 companies; 229 have attracted funding overall and 138 of them have raised equity.

Funding is concentrated in two hubs. Singapore has drawn $11.4 billion to date and Jakarta $5.4 billion, with Bangkok third at $777 million; other cities together account for less than $50 million, according to the report.
Several large rounds supported the recovery. Zelostech accounted for three of the five biggest since 2025, including a $300 million Series C in February 2026 and two $100 million Series B rounds in April and October 2025.
Neptune Robotics raised $52 million in September 2025 and Waresix raised $27 million in August 2026.

E-commerce logistics drew the most capital of any business model over the period, at $500 million since 2025, including $300 million in the year to date. Freight transportation management followed with $64 million since 2025, including $12 million this year, led by rounds from Neptune Robotics, McEasy, and MagicPort.
The region has produced two companies valued at $1 billion or more, both in 2021. One is Singapore’s Ninja Van, a last-mile delivery firm that crossed the mark in September 2021. The other is Thailand’s Flash Express, an e-commerce logistics and delivery provider that reached the milestone in June.
Acquisitions have been the more common exit than public listings, at 17 against eight initial public offerings (IPO), according to the report. Companies took an average of 12.9 years from first funding to acquisition, compared with 7.7 years to an IPO, and the sector recorded no acquisitions or listings so far in 2026.
