Techsauce Global Summit 2026, an international technology and business conference organized by Thailand’s Techsauce Media, opened in Bangkok on Wednesday under the theme “The Race to the Next.”

The event runs from August 26 to 28 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, gathering more than 350 speakers across 10 stages.

The summit features more than 350 exhibitors and over 40 hands-on workshops, along with one-on-one business matching between startups, investors and corporations, and networking sessions for executives. The event aims to help Thai businesses respond to AI, emerging technologies, and geopolitical uncertainty.

Topics on the agenda include AI and agentic AI, technology and geopolitics, digital economy, the future of finance, health and longevity, food systems, marketing technology, and skills for a changing workplace.

A highlight of the opening was a virtual address by Kai-Fu Lee, an AI researcher and author of the book “AI Superpowers.” Titled “AI Native: The Mandate to Transform Your Company” Lee’ statement focused on AI helping intelligence and execution available at near-zero cost. Organizations should fundamentally redesign their structures and ways of working, combining AI with human strengths such as vision, creativity and judgment, the expert added.

Oranuch Lerdsuwankij, co-founder and chief executive of Techsauce Media, said opportunity emerged as established rules were redrawn and the positions of all players shifted amid changes in the global economy and technology. She said the moment gave Thailand and Southeast Asia a chance to position themselves as a trusted regional hub connecting technology, capital, policy and businesses.

The summit also includes partner-led events across Bangkok during the week, extending the conference’s networking beyond the main venue.
