Carousell Malaysia, under Singapore-based recommerce platform Carousell, has added SPX Express, the courier affiliated with the e-commerce platform Shopee, as a delivery option on its marketplace, giving sellers label-free parcel drop-off at more than 1,000 SPX service points across West Malaysia.

In a statement on Wednesday, Carousell said sellers using SPX Express can drop parcels at a service point without printing a label, by utilizing Under Carousell Official Delivery, the platform’s in-app shipping service. The service offers improvements as arranging shipping and preparing labels are extra steps for individual sellers.

After an order is confirmed, the seller shows the digital shipping details generated in the Carousell app, and SPX staff print and attach the label.

Buyers can choose doorstep delivery, and both parties can track parcels in the Carousell and SPX apps. Delivery fulfilled nearly 9 in 10 orders on its Malaysian marketplace between January and June 2026, Carousell noted. The company is offering promotional delivery rates starting from MYR3.5 ($0.85) a parcel.

Vishal Salunkhe, chief business officer of Carousell, said delivery was central to resale and that adding SPX would widen the platform’s delivery options. Cheah Lee Sun, head of SPX Express Malaysia, said the partnership would extend the courier’s service-point network to more users.
