Malaysia-based venture capital firm 1337 Ventures has invested in Betterteem Technologies, Inc., a Philippine-based business intelligence platform that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) to predict and mitigate employee resignations while enhancing workplace satisfaction.

1337 Ventures said in a statement on Wednesday that this strategic investment underscores 1337 Ventures’ commitment to supporting innovative startups that drive meaningful impact in their industries.

Betterteem is an AI-driven business intelligence platform that monitors employee performance trends, detects potential signs of resignation, and predicts resignation intentions — enabling organizations to proactively address issues and ultimately helping them avoid disruptions in their business operations.

Founded by Bo Discarga, the firm has secured clients in Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, and the Philippines.
